We are located just west of Walmart in the Broadway Crossing Shopping Center.  This is the same shopping center at Payless, Great Wall Chinese Buffet, Sally's Beauty Supply, Cato, and Verizon. Still just seconds off of I-30.

The Bryant Next Level Clinic is located in Old Bryant at 201 South Elm Street and is geared toward clients with sports injuries and those that need evening appointments. It's open Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:30 until 7.

Our newest Clinic, Carson Physical Therapy East End serves the communities of East End, Hensley, Landmark, and Arch Street.  The clinic offers the same orthopedics and sports therapy services as our flagship in Bryant.
